May 4 - suddenly felt very tired after just semi-sup chinups and press to failure. I had played ultimate for the first time the Monday before, April 28, for a couple hours.
May 7 - did not work out until this day, back to normal, then did bench, curl, dip, and row to failure. After this clearly had major PEM again. Blurry vision, brain fog, fatigue.
May 8 - June 13 - PEM, did not exercise at all (except I did go to Shade tryouts and get injured on May 11?!. Towards the end it seemed like eating would make me crash.
This is where it got real:
June 14 (Famotidine/Loratidine, 2K FU Nattokinase, 60K FU Serrapeptase, 50mg Phenylpiracetam) Felt fatigued upon waking but it went away fast. I don’t think the Phenylpiracetam did anything. Went to Baron’s coffee meetup in the morning and felt fine, but after getting home and having half a Supermoon prosciutto sandwich, crashed HARD. Had to go lie down, took a two hour nap where I woke up halfway through and was the most fatigued so far this whole crash. After waking up still felt dazed. Mostly lying down rest of day. Stopped eating around 7:30 PM, started fasting.
June 15 (2K FU Nattokinase, 60K FU Serrapeptase, 600mg NAC, 3g Glycine) - fatigued upon waking. 11 minute ice bath at 60F in the morning. Felt better for 20 minutes, then back down again, lying down almost the whole day. Still fasting. Took NAC and Glycine at 2:30 PM. Took a nap at 5 PM, woke up not feeling well with legs heavy.
