I’m open sourcing my health logs and data in my journey to recover from Long COVID in the hope that it will help others fighting the same fight.

Current Plan (January 2026)
Reduce viral persistence: Pemgarda infusion, likely early January. From analysis of patient cases, 5% recover completely, 25% get better, 40-45% no effect, and 10-15% get worse. I believe I am a good candidate because I was infected with BA.2 and am hypoimmune, both of which are positive markers, anecdotally. I would put my chance of at least some positive effect at ~40%.
Support the mitochondria**:** with some combination of:
- SS-31
- Tried this for 4 days but had a reaction, blood pressure + heart rate went up and I felt woozy/floaty, learned it may just be a reaction to my mitochondria waking up, so want to go for another round
- Urolithin A
- If my mitochondria are beyond repair (Complex 3 shows bottleneck at 7% of normal human function), maybe best option is to just clear them out
- Concerned that I won’t have enough resources to build them back, though
- higher doses of CoQ10
- 1-MNA
Fix the immune system ****with Thymosin-Alpha-1
- However I had a severe immune reaction to a 0.5mg dose last time, it knocked me out for two days then I crashed for 5 days. Would restart at a lower dose if anything.

Vaccination and infection timeline
- First COVID infection: November 2021 (likely Delta variant)
- Reinfection and Long COVID onset: Early May 2022 (Probably BA.2 or possibly BA.2.12.1 variant - mild, recovered in a week, then symptoms began, likely after lifting weights to failure)
- Previous treatment: Received Regeneron monoclonal antibody in 2020 clinical trial (no active infection at time)
- Vaccines: Moderna (April-May 2021), Moderna booster (Dec 2021), Pfizer booster (Nov 2022)
- Have not gotten vaccines since then for fear of making my condition worse.
Symptom pattern
I’ve had a unique episodic pattern that is different from typical Long COVID:
- Crashes last 3-7 days typically (except severe episodes: 40 days in Aug 2023, and my current episode which has been constant since May 7, 2025)
